TRADESMAN (3) (1964 - 1973) twin screw tug.
O.N. 305753. 230g. 7n. 77d. 106' 9" x 29' 9" x 12' 0”
Two, 6-cyl. 4 S.C.S.A. (325 x 370mm) Allen 6S37-E type engines by W. H. Allen, Sons & Company Ltd., Bedford, single reverse reduction geared to twin screw shafts. 2,500bhp. 12kts.20 tons bollard pull.
10.2.1964: Keel laid by Charles D. Holmes & Company Ltd., Beverley (Yard No. 988) for the United Towing Company Ltd., Hull.
1.4.1964: Launched.
21.7.1964: Completed.
21.1.1970: Owners restyled as United Towing Ltd.
20.2.1973: Sold to United Towing (Tradesman) Ltd., (United Towing (Ocean Tugs) Ltd, managers). Hull.
1977: Transferred to Humber Tugs Ltd. And renamed LADY JOAN.
1984: Sold to Sargenavi SA, Gestione Navi Agenzia Marittima, Naples,Italy and renamed SALERNUM. 1997: Sold to Empresa Antillana di Salvamento, Havana, Cuba and renamed CORAL SALVOR, registered Malta.
2000: Registered at Belize.
2006: Sold to Coral Salvage Ltd, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and registered under Panama flag.
11.2010: Still in service.
