Henk, I don't believe that this vessel came into the fleet of Schuchmann.
I have these details:

SEESTERN
1914 - 322 grt. - 575 ihp.
40,24 x 7,83 x 3,67 m.
Jos.L.Meijer, Papenburg (b.309)
Triple 3 cil.
1914 SEESTERN, passengervessel, Cuxhaven-Brunsbüttel Dampfer AG., Cuxhaven
1914 (03/08) - 1918 (05/12), Kaiserliche Marine
1923 NORDENHAM VIII, Midgard Seereederei, Nordenham, rebuilt
1927 ZAMBESI, Vereenigde Nederlandsche Scheepvaart Mij., Den Haag
1934 (29/01) stranded on voyagwe from Tanga to Pangani near Pangani; later salved
1934 (07) sold for scrap in Mombasa.

So she became the NORDENHAM VIII much later.
